Information we collect

• Purchase & contact details — your name, email address, and mobile phone number, provided at checkout.
• Gameplay data — session/link codes, progress, and device identifiers used to run the game and connect your devices.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To deliver the game — issue your access credentials and send your welcome email.
• To run gameplay — connect your devices and, if you opt in, send game-related text messages and place an in-game phone call as part of the experience.
• To provide customer support and prevent abuse of access keys.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in (via a checkbox at checkout or by texting a keyword to our number), we use your mobile number to send game-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share data with

Only with service providers that help us operate — for example our payment processor, email provider, and SMS/voice provider — and only as needed to deliver the game. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill your purchase, support you, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method is 100% secure.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP at any time to stop messages.
• Access/deletion: email info@traptct.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.

Children

T.R.A.P.T. is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
